Repairs

This was to be a simple replacement of a back door. It turned out that the Rim Joist was totally rotted away and a poor attempt was made to repair it. We had support the structure with two temparary walls, remove the rotted wood, bricks, and cement that was poured into the void. Replace the lumber and strapped it to the foundation piers.

Each piece is one of a kind and built to specific size and form. These pieces were designed by Johnny K's, or from pictures or drawings brought in by customers. Built-in cabinets can be fabricated in the shop, and delivered to the site. Installation is fast and easy with a few simple cuts.
